NYDELIG! FANTASTISK§!
It was wonderful we booked the same day to a nice price. the room was small but we dident mind. liked the design and was a beautiful place. Staff was friendly. They where service minded. There was maintaince work going on but did not notice much of it other when i walked out of the door. Breakfast was nam. Thats was wonderful.

Et bed and breakfast som ligger nær gamlebyen i York. Kort vei til de fleste severdighetene. Vennlig stab.

Egentlig B&B men fungerte veldig bra som hotell for oss seks. Høflige og vennlige i resepsjonen, rene og trivelige rom m bra bad. Frokost til 6£ var god og rikelig. Anbefales.

Hotellet var helt ok. Veldig trivelig betjening. God frokost. Rommet var lite, men helt greit. Det var litt kaldt på rommet, varmen måtte slås på manuelt, og slo seg av sjøl etter en stund, da ble det kaldt igjen. I tillegg ble det veldig fuktig i hele rommet etter at vi hadde dusjet. Håndklærne på badet ble ikke tørr over natta.

Et bittelite, men svært sjarmerende hotell med svært hyggelig vertskap og bare 70 meter fra gamlebyen i York. Anbefales på det varmeste :-)

Fantastisk beliggenhet!
Først og fremst super beliggenhet, rett ved katedralen og den gamle delen av York. Ellers må det bemerkes at det var fryktelig kaldt på rommet, med kraftig trekk fra begge vinduer!! Badet var også iskaldt!

I had a fantastic stay at Georgian House in York. The staff were incredibly friendly, making check-in and check-out a breeze. My room was comfortable and had everything I needed for a pleasant stay. Highly recommend!

Staff excellent , breakfast fantastic , full English breakfast, with an excellent buffet, rooms spotless and great on suite, also welcome outlets of water small Prosecco , tea, coffee facilities ,and biscuits , this was our second visit and will be returning, highly reccommed.

Wonderful location to Most anything you want to see in York. Breakfast staff very accommodating. The rooms are a bit different some are out of building in a row that faces a wall. Don’t expect a view but bed comfy and wa and bath room a clean but small.

We both loved the Georgian hotel, for the price an fantastic location. Everything was within walking distance, we didnt need the car once to get around. The staff were so friendly and pleasant. Hugely recommend the full english breakfast it set you up for the day. We would 2 million percent stay here again. Good location
Nice place in the centre of york, perfect for my one night stay. Quick walk away from the train station and all main attractions. I had booked a single room but was given a double because the hotel was not fully booked. The room was clean and comfortable however in need of little tlc. Staff were friendly and breakfast is available for extra charge. I would stay again.

Located very near to the town centre - with lots of food options and a supermarket nearby. York Monster is a short walk away. The single room is "compact" but fine if it's just one person. Friendly and helpful staff, would stay again.

Perfect little guesthouse
My husband and I were visiting a jazz club in York and needed to stay the night. This little gem far exceeded our expectations for the value price we paid. We had a lovely friendly welcome from Lucy , she’s a delight. Our room was small but perfectly comfortable with every amenity you’d find in a high price hotel , even a little bottle of Prosecco! The room was immaculate , the bed extremely comfortable and the shower was excellent, great water pressure. Would definitely stay again if we stay over in York , few yards to the city centre, close to everything. Brilliant.

Hi Thank you for your review are are sorry that your room was not up to our normal standard. There is hot water 24/7 in some upper floors you just need to run the water for a while before the hot comes through. The housekeeper in question has now been dismissed from our employment

Hi we are sorry you feel this about the property we are priced accordingly to other establishments with in the centre of York and normally cheaper than our competitors.Parking is very expensive in York but these prices are out of our control

Overall we had a good stay in the hotel it looks a bit run down chipped paint on doors. we had a chipped sink in our room which to be fair Overall was ok.The hotel is very near York minster which is a plus .We thought the 10 o'clock check out was rather mean the staff are friendly but i think we would not stay at this bb again

Clean and tidy room. Triple room was very small but adequate for one night. Love the weighted blankets! Location great - a few minutes walk and in the city. Car parking at £15 a day was steep.

Can't fault anything!
The room was quiet couldn't hear York Minster bells inside. Black out curtains. Room had everything we needed - great shower. Breakfast was the best I've ever had in a hotel. Will definitely stay again!
