«The house was wonderful to stay in. Big kitchen with updated appliances and a gas grill to do family meals. My family used it all and ended the night at the fire pit. The zipline, board games, & Cornhole kept us entertained. The house was clean, roomy, and somehow felt cozy. The hosts were super sweet and left us a welcome basket of Dayton treats that we all devoured. I would highly recommend it for a family or friends get away.»

«Check-in was simple; the house was clean and well equipped—kitchen, bath towels, bed linens. (I missed having a dishwasher, but refrigerator and stove were good quality and clean.) My tiny dog loved the fenced-in backyard. (Luckily he wasn’t scared of the 3 gigantic, but silent, dogs across the fence.) It’s a pleasant, quiet family neighborhood. Easy access to major roads, parks, and a great shopping mall.»

«Our stay was fine. The only concerns or problems we have was the fact there weren’t enough towels for a two day stay. I don’t know if that is typical to only have a day’s worth of towels. Then Saturday afternoon the furnace quit and the host didn’t respond to my message. I had to call her. We just decided to drive home. So, we made the 4.5 hour trip back home at 7:30 PM. I sincerely home we are refunded our second night like the host she would do.»

«Cute little house. Perfect location. Easy to get on and off the highway, near gas stations, grocery store, food. The street runs into beautiful city trails for a nice walk/run. Perfect little home for my daughter and I to explore the area and easy access back to the airport.»

If you come from downtown you'll go through bad neighborhoods, but it's not in a bad neighborhood itself. It was hard to find as it's in the back of a building, so you don't see the address number from the street. The great news is that you're 15-20 minutes max from all the great things in Dayton, and if you want regular-fare food and shopping, that's like ...
