Djeuga un Hotel trés agréable
Hotel trés agréable où nous avons passé une semaine p.. pour affaire. Un accueil parfait et une grande gentillesse de tout le personnel Une position parfaite car centre de Yaoundé proche des Ministères où nous avions rdv.... Une grande disponibilité et une extréme politesse et autres du personnel juste sur le plan ecologie: demander si on doit changer draps et serviettes tous les jours! l'eau et l'énergie sont précieuses au Cameroun (et ailleurs dans le monde) et il est bien inutile de changer de linge si on est soit même respectueux...C'est pas une douche ou une nuit qui fait que tout est sale ou alors c'est qui ? Vaux largement tous les hotels de Yaoundé.. N'hésitez à y aller

Habitué à cet hôtel, je le trouve agréable et sa piscine offre un plus appréciable. Seul bémol, le chef du restaurant a été remplacé et la nourriture servie n'est plus aussi attirante. Turn over du personnel : dommage.

Overpriced for what you get
High priced hotel that doesn’t fit the expectations. AC was not working in the whole building so you could smell mold coming out of it. In general the hotel could really use some maintenance. Staff is friendly but very slow. Location is ok but also very noisy. Best thing was the bed. Super comfortable!

Less than basic room but clean and quiet
Easy check-in, friendly staff. The room is less than basic, no coffee maker, no fridge, nothing else than just a bed, pillows, table, and lamp. But it was clean and quiet. The entrance of the hotel is a bit sketchy despite its accessibility to the city's main attractions.

Staff very friendly and helpful. Rooms are comfortable. Food is OK Hotel needs some renovation. Air condition is noisy and didn't work one day (maybe it was an isolated accident, but it is something serious!) Wifi could be better.

Un des meilleurs hôtels de Yaoundé - personnel acceuillant,dévoué et très souriant. Grande chambre agréable, petit bémol sur la couleur de la salle de bain- marron foncé lugubre. Lobby très lumineux et bonne ambiance. Piscine: on ait pas très sur de la propreté de l’eau

Viel Geld für viel Lärm und wenig Service
Nachts laute Musik aus dem Nachtclub, früh morgens Baulärm, permanent nur 1 Handtuch für 2 Personen, erst nach permanentem Nachfragen immer 2. Handtuch erhlten. Handtücher verschlissen. Wasser nur nach persönlicher Anfrage bei Rezeption erhalten. Fazit: viel Geld für viel Lärm und schlechten Service

Very Inhospitable
They wouldn’t heat our food. They wouldn’t provide cutleries in the room. Internet very poor.. They have lost the human aspect of the tourism and hospitality industry. It’s all about money for them . I had to beg for them to microwave my food and they demanded I pay a huge amount of money.
