«Overall Rating: 4.5/5 – Excellent Stay! Our overall stay was absolutely excellent! I booked several rooms for a week, and while there were a few minor issues on the first night, the team corrected them quickly and professionally. Most of the staff are young, professional, and incredibly helpful. The only thing missing is nametags—I really wish they wore badges so I could give a proper shout-out to a couple of them by name! I do want to specifically mention the chef in the restaurant, who is ...

«Vi tilbrakte et døgn på Hilton Yaounde. Vennlig betjening. God, men dyr mat. Fine rom, men noen "issues" med vask og klosett. Alt i alt en fin opplevelse, med svømming i basseng, massasje og fin temperatur på takterrassen. Sen check out var også svært kjærkomment.»

«While the staff was kind and helpful, there were a few set backs on our 7 day stay. Like no hot water in our room for 2 days.we had to wait while the place was mostly empty and had multiple units we could have moved to while they fix the problem. Food was selection limited and some dishes mediocre. Soap and towels supply are limited and poor quality. Location is good and property very clean.»

«Staff was great, clean place, friendly and respectful»

«Elevator did not work when we were there (room located on floor 3). Spa was OK but with terrible noise (works ongoing), making the whole experience sour. Receptionist with poor service manners insisted on asking us to pay additional fees (when we booked online and paid most taxes online). We ended up adding $5 in cash to the overall invoice. Trick of the day : they fined us $18 for losing the (plastic) room keycard - which probably is left somewhere in the bedroom.»

«The hotel is currently a construction site, under renovations. The advertised gym does not exist.»

«Clean room, excellent location closed to everything. Hotel has security 24h/24 and easy to move around due to location on major road. I enjoyed the hospitality of the staff and the local seasonal fruits in my bedroom as welcome gift The beignets in the restaurant were delicious. Great hotel will definitely go there again, The room was clean with Ac working well. Very quiet and was perfect for my short stay.»

«It's hard to find a place in Yaounde that is quite. But this place is. The pool was clean, the apartment was great, and the staff were all unusually helpful. Service with a smile. I definitely recommend this place to other guests.»
