«The customer service was absolutely outstanding. They front desk staff were very friendly and helpful, especially Siao Chou (小周) and Ting Ting (亭亭). They went out of their way to provide us with specific information about local tourist destinations and how to navigate the city. Our Guilin visit went well because of them. The only issue we had was the hotel only had one washer and dryer. They were mostly occupied during early morning and night. »

«Xiaoming made our stay amazing! He was friendly and welcoming and always available to answer any questions and help plan your stay. The place is beautiful and quiet and relaxing. The room was comfortable and spacious. What great views. The breakfast was perfect and we spent the day using the electric scooter which was super fun. «Am Besten empfand ich die Gastfreundlichkeit und die ausführlichen Hilfen für die Tourenplanung. Ich konnte meine Tasche auch da lassen, weil ich noch einen Abstecher zu den Reisterrassen geplant hatte. Das Zimmer war sauber, das wifi gut, das Wasser warm - was möchte man mehr im zentralen Guilin :).»
