«They promised prior to my stay that they would accommodate a halal friendly menu. As well as make sure that there was no contamination with utensils used to cook pork. They completely disregarded this and then said it was due to a communication error even after I had mentioned this to them on two occasions and they also confirmed via email.»

8/10 Bra
Lack of proper restaurants. Staff in lobby bar totally inexperianced. One should expect a minimum of skills in handling international customers. Totally lack of English skills. Staff at breakfast buffet, not even proficiant in the very basic of language skills. One should expect that they know the word Pepper and Salt, but no. How can a service buisiness as a hotel hire people straight from the countryside that have no skills at all
