Welcome to Coastal Echo, a classic Yamba beach bungalow reimagined for relaxed coastal living. Nostalgic at heart yet beautifully updated, this home captures that familiar holiday feeling the moment you arrive.



Perfectly positioned in the heart of town, you can leave the car behind and wander. Morning coffee at your favourite café, a browse through the local markets, long beach walks, a round of golf or sunset drinks at the Pacific Hotel or Yamba Bowlo, it’s all just moments away.



Inside, warmth and character shine through timber floors and light-filled living spaces. The renovated kitchen and living area are designed for connection, whether that’s shared meals at the table or quiet evenings on the couch with the air conditioning on, your favourite show streaming and the sea breeze drifting through secure fly screens.



Step outside and the holiday flows. The rear entertaining area is made for slow afternoons, fire up the barbecue, gather around with a drink in hand and let the day stretch out. After the beach, rinse off under the outdoor shower before settling in for the evening. Beyond the yard lies open vacant land, an unfenced stretch of green space where kids can kick a ball and pets can explore. It feels expansive and free, just keep in mind it is not fenced.

The family bathroom is extremely clean and in original condition

There is a washing machine and clothes airer but no dryer

There is no fence on the premises to contain young children or your pet
