A spacious two-floor house, first floor has a bright and comfortable living room (with international TV channels & wifi) connected to fully equipped kitchen and with the access to the balcony and spacious terrace with the dining facilities and BBQ area as well as to the swimming pool. Two bedrooms located at this floor have own en-suite bathrooms.
Ground floor has the open main area divided in 3 sectors: working area with high speed internet (optical fibre), living room with TV (international channels) and leasure area with the pool table and small bar. There are 2 bedrooms on this floor: one with king size bed and own cozy terrace and second one with 2 single beds. There is one bathroom on this floor. You can also access swimming pool from this floor.

The house will be entirely at your disposition, there is a pool maintenance personnel arriving once a week as well as personnel to clean the outdoor areas (BBQ area, pool area, terraces and entrance). However, if you wish to have a interior cleaning done, with the bed linen change , it is possible for extra charge.

The name of Villa Lolita has its origin as a tribute to a very special woman, the owner's mother, the founder of the famous Lolita bakery and cake shop, branches of which you can find around Lanzarote.
