I rarely give reviews - good or bad, but on this occasion, I feel compelled to do so. It's not so good, Javier. I'll start off with mentioning the completer absence of any information in the apartment which leads me directly on to the occasion when we left the villa to get something from the car, closed the door and were unable to regain access (the keys to the front door were on the inside in the lock, the door unlocked). We were grateful that your young lady turning up to help. She in turn was unable to gain access with a spare key which led to a wait for a locksmith to attend... who also had to take the lock apart to gain access. It was his opinion that the lock was faulty. Maybe the door locks automatically when you close it? If this was the case, then the minimum I would expect would be for there to be clear instructions within the house or posted on the door.Moving on to other matters, first the location. In good faith I initially booked this villa because of the supposed location close to Playa Blanca (as shown on Google maps). Had I known that it was a distance (almost up into the mountains) I would not have booked it at all. Also hidden behind a wall, the villa was very difficult to find. I found the photographs of the villa misleading, particularly the pool. Some crockery in the kitchen was dirty. The furnishings were tired. I could go on... On the positive side there was a good supply of hot water. Overall not the best experience.
