An outdoor space that’s absolute perfection.



As soon as you enter Villa Yasmine, you’ll wonder if you’re dreaming or if this spectacular place is really your holiday villa. A double-tiered outdoor living space provides everything you’ll need for an incredible holiday… and then some!



On the first tier, you’ll find a large (10m x 4m) heated, salt-chlorinated pool with steps to ease yourself gently into the cool, welcoming water and views that stretch as far as the eye can see. Sink into luxurious double day beds and drift into your holiday read, or unwind in the outdoor hot tub and jacuzzi.



Enjoy blissful evenings under the stars, perfect all year round with an elegant fire pit and a corner sofa you’ll never want to leave. There’s even a pool table for friendly competition and keeping everyone entertained.



Walk up to the next level and, to the right of the main entrance, you’ll find a covered seating area for a moment in the shade. A large corner sofa and outdoor TV are perfect for catching your favourite shows or sporting highlights, while a hanging chair gently sways in the breeze — the ideal spot for your morning coffee or an early evening drink overlooking the sparkling ocean.



‘Jude’s Bar and Grill’ is your very own outdoor bar and kitchen. With bar stool seating, you can entertain friends and family while enjoying a cold drink from the outdoor fridge and cooking up a feast on the large gas BBQ.



BBQs and breakfasts al fresco can be enjoyed in a shaded dining area with seating for 12. Cleverly designed, every corner of the terrace offers views that will stay with you long after your holiday ends.

A spectacular family living space awaits, complete with one of the largest and most comfortable sofas in Playa Blanca — ideal for movie nights and relaxing together. There’s also a second lounge area with a TV and a PS4 games console for even more entertainment.

On the right-hand side of the villa is the master bedroom, featuring a super king bed and a spacious ensuite with a rainfall shower. French windows open onto the upper terrace, offering beautiful views and a peaceful place to relax.



There are two additional bedrooms nearby — one with a super king bed and one twin room — sharing a beautifully designed family bathroom with a glass ceiling rainfall shower, offering a unique experience under the Lanzarote sky.



To the left, you’ll find a further king-size bedroom with ensuite, along with a double and a twin bedroom. Each bedroom is elegantly furnished, filled with natural light, and benefits from air conditioning.



For added convenience, the villa includes a washing machine, ironing facilities, a secure alarm system, and pool towels — so you can pack light and relax from the moment you arrive.



Guest Access:

Guests have full private access to the villa and outdoor areas, offering a comfortable and private setting throughout your stay. There's also private parking for 3-4 cars.



The Neighborhood:

Casa Yasmine enjoys an elevated position within the prestigious Las Laderas neighbourhood, one of Playa Blanca's most sought-after residential areas. Set at the foot of the iconic Montaña Roja volcano, the villa benefits from stunning panoramic views and a peaceful setting away from the bustle of the resort.



A supermarket is located approximately 900 metres away, while Playa Flamingo beach, the seafront promenade, restaurants, bars, and the centre of Playa Blanca can all be reached within a short drive. Popular attractions including Aqualava Water Park, the beautiful Papagayo beaches, and Timanfaya National Park are also easily accessible.



Combining privacy, spectacular scenery, and convenient access to Playa Blanca's attractions, Casa Yasmine offers the perfect base for an unforgettable Lanzarote escape.



Getting Around:

Taxis are readily available, reliable, and affordable for getting around the resort. Lanzarote also has a well-connected and easy-to-use bus network, offering a convenient and budget-friendly way to explore the island.



If you’d like to explore more of the island, we can also arrange car hire through a trusted local company, with the option of airport collection or delivery directly to the villa.



Other Things to Note:

We’ve included a range of thoughtful touches to help you settle in and start enjoying your holiday from the moment you arrive.



A generous welcome pack will be waiting for you, including tea, coffee, milk, sugar, water, orange juice, beer, biscuits, and a bottle of wine or Cava, perfect after your journey.



Bed linen, towels, and pool towels are all provided for your stay. For stays of more than 12 nights, a weekly mid-stay housekeeping service is included. This is a light clean, along with fresh linen and towels, and takes place every 7 days (for example, on day 7 of a 2-week stay, and days 7 and 14 for longer stays). For longer stays, this continues every 7 days thereafter. For bookings of 12 nights or fewer, additional cleaning is not included, but can be arranged on request.



Air conditioning is available and operates on a pay-as-you-use basis at €0.75 per kWh. The meter accepts €1 and €2 coins and can be pre-loaded for your arrival during normal working hours if preferred.



Pool heating is included during the winter months. During the summer months (1st May to 30th September), solar heating is provided, with the option to add electric heating for an additional charge should you prefer a little extra warmth. Free hot tub available at any time of the year.



If you’re travelling with little ones, cots and high chairs can be arranged at €25 per week, per item, payable in cash on arrival directly to the local hire company.



A breakage cover fee of £10 per person is included in your booking. This replaces the need for a traditional security deposit and covers accidental damage up to £400, giving you added peace of mind throughout your stay.
