«It’s a very nice place, the rooms are clean and spacious. I left my shampoo, conditioner and body wash at home. I washed my hair and there was no conditioner. I have long hair so it was difficult to manage without conditioner. We will always return, we love it there and across the way is another favorite hotel.»

Construction workers outside patio doors the entire 4 days working on the pool and hot tub that we paid for and paid extra so that we could have that patio they were about 4 feet from all week. Wifi costs money daily - ridiculous. 100°+ weather in AZ and air was off upon arrival - ridiculous. No smart tv - ridiculous. No microwave in room (only one small one in the lobby for the entire property). If I had more room I would go into much more detail however there isnt enough room here. I ...

«Ok first of all, give Jason ( front desk) a raise! Everyone else told me they were booked and I was going to have to move hotels. But a Jason was able to keep 2 hotel rooms - 1 bedroom suites booked for 10 days! Every time I saw him he told me what the dinner was and was just so friendly. He makes you want to go visit the front desk! The room was clean, I’m kinda bougie and it was great for the money. Not one single issue in either room in 10 days I stayed. «Everything was just average. I think the price point for the property is too high. The small single sink and small bathroom with pry marks on rhe door was disappointing. I also sought to upgrade to a king bed but they said none were available. This is odd because on a Tuesday the place was empty. »

«Impossibly clean hotel. Recently remodeled and shows pride of management. They literally thought of everything! Room was clean and comfortable. Pool is small but not bad on a warm day. Hot tub was clean and well maintained. Easy parking. Free hot breakfast. Water machine. Tons of free tea and coffee options. We were very pleased and would stay again.»

«I was initially give a room that had repair work done in the bathroom and had not been cleaned. I went to the desk , said this was not acceptable, they gave me another room which was good. The corridor on the 5th floor, where my room was, seemed to have the heat on, not the A/C. Thankfully, the A/C in the room worked.»
