    BEDROOM: Solid wood double bed, 1.80 m x 2.00 m, “in a shade of gray,” very comfortable with new, high-quality mattresses. Built-in closet and carpeted floor.
    LIVING ROOM: Couch and designer leather armchair—modern and cozy. Dining table from the 1950s with 4 wicker chairs and new carpet; country-style kitchen in white, newly renovated with modern vinyl flooring; BATHROOM with shower and toilet, modernized in 2018 and tiled. The building features a swimming pool (free of charge) and a sauna (for a fee). From the balcony (beach chair, 4 chairs, and a table), you have a magnificent view of the sea and the Halligen islands. A washing machine is available in the basement. It’s about a half-minute walk to the beach. It’s about a 10-minute walk to the spa center and downtown. A parking space (A17) is located directly in front of the side entrance (5e).
