"Vennlig personale fra vi kom til vi dro. Vi ble hyggelig mottatt i resepsjonen. God mat og service både i restauranten og til frokost. Deilig frokost med godt utvalg. Rommet var veldig bra og badet fantastisk. Fint basseng. Vi vil også fremheve renholdet som var veldig bra, her var det godt vedlikeholdt og rent. Vi reiser gjerne tilbake. Kan trygt anbefales."

"This was a great hotel situated in the heart of Bath city, very close to the Roman Baths. It took about 25 minutes of queing when we were checking in, but the staff was very friendly and helpfull. The room was a spacious room with all the amenties you'll need. Safe, fridge and well-functioning AC was a big plus. The breakfast was very good with a good selection of hot and cold food."

"Despite arrogant front desk staff in daytime and a lot of fuss around a promised later check-out - which ended in rude behaviour from frontdesk and ended in me being thrown out before the agreed time, the hotel is very good and maintains high standard."

"The hotel is fine. The aircon was great (heatwave when we were there). Good room with a fridge, so in general happy with the room. We didn't go to the spa, so I don't know how that is. We did however have dinner at the restaurant one night. The service was so bad and the food was ok-ish, when we got what we ordered. We had to go find someone to order drinks and ask for water, and we tried to make contact with the waiters a long time. The cutlery was also dirty. We saw several other tables (most of the tables) sending their order back. Breakfast also seemed alot like dinner, with dirty cutlery and cups, and no service. It seemed like we could order breakfast from the kitchen (based on the menu on the table stating "breakfast"), but we didn't bother to find someone to order from..."

"Excellent place to stay, good size on the room. The breakfast was nothing to write home about - you could to so much better, Moxy. But except for the breakfast, this was the perfect place to stay with most helpful personell."
