«I was pleasantly surprised at how nice and clean this room was. I would stay here 100 more times this is probably the cleanest room I’ve had in quite some time sadly. Everyone was friendly and it was quiet. It’s next to a Starbucks and McDonalds. »

«Staff was fine.
Elevators were terrible. Felt like they were going to break as soon as you got on them. Doors wouldn't open for like a minute each time.
Room was subpar. Floors were sticky. There's no fan in the bathroom. The shower had a weird shower head which got the floors soaked. The ceiling was peeling from condensation. Terrible shower experience.
For the price, this did not meet my expectations and I don't plan to return.

«We arrived Friday, March 13 and checked in around 3:00 pm. The power went out around 4:15 pm and when we left the property at 10:30 pm the power was still out. The manager (John) said that everyone would receive a complimentary stay because of the power outage. As of Saturday at 10:00 pm I still had not received a credit to my credit card. »

«The over all hotel was extremely dirty. The shower curtain had brown stains all over it and the blinds were broken and barely hanging on. As we checked in we noticed all of the cars in the parking lot at the time had a window that was broken and taped up and there was glass EVERYWHERE in the parking lot and on the sidewalk. When asking the front desk lady she said a couple cars at this hotel and the one down the street were broken into acting as though this was just a usual thing here in Ohio ...
