«Okay number one I wasn't offered free continental breakfast. Another thing you do not get a microwave in your room and I was there for three plus days. When I talk to the person at the desk and told him that we didn't have a microwave in our room he said oh really that's strange we can talk to somebody in the morning. Then we were informed that no rooms have a microwave it's a community microwave downstairs. And it was filthy, they had stuff all over the carpets and the elevators and the ...

«Very bad experience stay with embassy suite especially the gentleman preparing omelets was exceptionally rude and unprofessional. When I approached the omelet station to place my order, he was engaged in a conversation with someone else. Without giving me his full attention, he asked me what I wanted. «We were able to check in earlier than expected, and the staff was very respectful, friendly, and responsive throughout our stay. The room was spotless upon arrival, and we had no issues during our visit. Even though we woke up too late for breakfast, we were still able to get coffee and chocolate milk before checking out, which we appreciated. The checkout process was quick and convenient, and parking was easy as well. Overall, we had a great experience and would gladly stay here again.»
