«My wife & I stayed at the Beeley Inn last night, everything about the stay was really good from the check in, the outdoor drinking areas, the dinner and the breakfast. The room was not massive but it was absolutely fine. The staff were always very friendly and polite. Definitely worth another trip. The breakfast was superb.»

The wait staff was exceptional as well. The food was excellent, the setting idyllic, and location walkable to The Chatsworth House! «Room was adequate, the heated towel rail was on the other side of the bedroom wall so the bedroom was uncomfortably hot, even at night - but the wife preferred this. The bed was quite firm and a good size. It was difficult to view the TV screen from the settee on the back wall. Tea (Yorkshire) and coffees were plentiful - not so much biscuits. Full English, plus cereals, juice, toast and tea/coffee refills welcome.»

«We stayed just the one night, it was a comfortable room and a large comfy bed with a fantastic view! A powerful shower with huge towels provided, it was a great way to start your day. An included cooked breakfast set us up for the day. Staff were most helpful and very friendly, nothing was too much trouble. We will definitely stay here again if in the area,»

«You cannot reserve a carpark place but we had no problem getting one whenever we returned after a day out. Room was great and even had a fan supplied for this hot spell food menu was good and our meals were great. Perfect base for visiting local area and lovely town and river walks for evening strolls.»
