«I didn’t exactly know what I was letting myself in for when I booked into The Shepherd’s Lodge but it was actually a pleasant experience and it provided exactly what I was looking for i.e. a comfortable place to lay my head at night and have a cup of tea and few quiet hours after a long day at a Folk Music Festival. The only problems I encountered were due to the weather and therefore beyond anyone’s control. »

«Had a lovely break here, had everything you could want, in a great location for exploring the Malvern's. We had one evening of good weather so made use of the bonus balcony. The property is very spacious and comfortable and clean. We liked the location, near walks, and a short drive from the shops and cafe's. We had some bad weather but found the apartment perfect for chilling and escaping to!»

«Initial booking process passed between Expedia, Vrbo and another party like an abused rented mule and then another party wanted to hover up my passport details with selfie for good measure for extra fees as part of the so called check in process. The booking property details stated contacting the host for additional fees ( see above ) after parting with the non refundable cost of the booking. Room was very cramped as was the en suite but as a plus point appeared to me clean although I did ...

«Lovely maintained and quiet apartment with great views and close to local amenities and city centre. Stayed there for a week and plan to stay there again next time I’m in Worcester. Highly recommended. »

«On arrival the key safe wouldn't open the owner came and let us in on looking round the cleanliness was not up to standard dirty t stained mugs, inside fridge dirty and rusty,and the bed sheets hadn't been ironed just thrown on got the owner round and informed her of the problems and we left . Still waiting for refund she agreed to.»

«Great location, walking distance to Tesco’s and the High Street. Lovely view of the canal basin and a cute little balcony to enjoy it from. Everything you need and then some for a lovely stay in Stourport. The hosts are very accommodating and go the extra mile with things like juice, milk, eggs, and bread in the refrigerator and laundry detergent for the washer and dryer. Running to the grocery is not an immediate priority which is so nice. We would definitely stay again. Thank you. 😊»
