"Booked two nights with breakfast. Very good service at check in, but when we were going to have breakfast next morning the man at breakfast refused us breakfast. In a VERY rude manner! We asked him to check with colleagues. After discussions amongst them, we got breakfast. But, have NEVER experienced anything like it!! Will never stay there again!!! "
