«The property itself is beautiful and quirky which we loved. The kitchen train carriage is also great and it's a wonderful area to stay in. Breakfast was OK, but very basic. Our main issue was privacy - which varies depending on the room you're in. This was not accurately described in our opinion and we were disappointed to discover our bedroom faced directly onto a shared verandah. «Took our three young children here for a holiday and enjoyed the fantastic location by the beach! Outdoor swimming pool was also nice. Our apartment on the 8th floor had a great view but was in need of an upgrade. Cleaning of the room before we arrived had been a bit slack with a broken lamp and old sock left behind. «Montville was an adventure. If one has a mobility limitation, getting around on the steep main street can be quite challenging. «We had to stay a few nights in Nambour while we had a family member in hospital. The host was very helpful and understanding. We had full flexibility and were able to keep the room even though we had several different bookings. Clean room with everything we needed. We also got good advice on restauants and take away. I hope I never have to go back to Nambour, but if I do I know where to stay.»

«We enjoyed our stay to celebrate our 45 anniversary. Very relaxing sitting on the balcony overlooking the creek. The bed was comfortable. There were plenty of towels. A nice touch was the fresh bread, butter and condiments for breakfast. Being a Sunday night the only place open was the pub for dinner but wow what a dinner that was. The best meal we have had in a long time.»
