«The stay was at a beautiful new home. Great host. Location close to Interstate 70. I had everything I needed. Took in the sights in DC via the Greenline Metro. I would definitely stay here again.»

«The location and property were great. The house had large rooms. The host is generous for using just about anything in the kitchen and there was amply stock. We did not have to purchase paper goods etc.The instructions were easily found and helpful. Having them in the home was helpful. The basement was a treasure and was used quite a bit ! Host was very responsive. If we visit again, we will see if the house is available for sure.»

«Very clean and quiet studio. I would highly recommend.»

«Loved the place! Clean, comfy, and Emmanuel was awesome to deal with. Will definitely be looking to stay again!»

«Fantastic location and convenience of dedicated parking spots were very IPort at to us and this property did not disappoint. A very quiet neighborhood right of beautiful Carroll Creek put us right in the heart of everything. Beds were great and air conditioners worked perfectly to keep rooms cool. We loved the dining table for nightly board games and Pac Man sessions thanks to the authentic Pac Man arcade game! The bathrooms were very cramped and there wasn’t really anyplace to put things, but ...

«The kitchen was very nice and had all the supplies needed to cook a gourmet meal. The beds were comfortable - the one was very high and challenging for shorter people. Space outside with multiple areas to relax, but the neighbors were outside smoking at night which made it unpleasant for a non-smoker to sit outside. The swim spa had a setup fee that I did not see mentioned in the ad. The area seemed a bit unkept - the cushions were not on the seats and it did not seem like it was swept. With ...

«Lovely spot and great host! Wish I had been staying an extra few nights. Super clean and comfortable, with great access to food and attractions.»

«Very cute cottage with lots of special touches and everything you need.My two dogs were quite happy»

«Lovely house. New construction so a couple of small items need attention but great space and very convenient for Frederick»

«Lovely! Our host was gracious and helpful. Property was ideal for our family getaway. i’m»

«The only feedback is that the air conditioning didn't work but since the weather was good it wasn't much of a factor.»

«Very convenient location with parking. Prompt communication with owner. However it needs a good deep clean. My towels were used and muddy like the workmen fixing the deck had just showered there. But I would stay there again if necessary.»

«This was a decent stay. The host was the best»

«Would not recommend. The listing doesn't reflect the current condition or sketchy area surrounding the home. I rented this for.my elderly parents. The lock box would not open upon arrival just before dark. The owner didnt respond for over an hour so my parents left due to not feeling safe in the area at dark. Additionally the property did not look maintained at all with overgrown weeds coming through the porch and stairs, deteriorating boards on the porch, flimsy/unusable patio furniture on ...

«Yes yes yes it was Amazing »

«I had a very good experience during my stay, the place was clean, nicely furnished and the host was very helpful with anything we needed! 10/10»

«We really enjoyed our stay! While in Catonsville, we had a great breakfast at Doozy's Diner and a wonderful dinner at State Fare. The rest of the time, we were in Baltimore and the proximity to the city was perfect. The house was well maintained and had everything the owner promised. Five star weekend!»
