«Tonya was wonderful to work with! She allowed us to check in an hour early and was very thoughtful with dinner recommendations. The house was clean and very comfortable. We were there to move our son into his dorm at The College of Coastal Georgia. This house is in a perfect location to easily and quickly get to the college, downtown Brunswick, St Simons and Jekyll Island. I highly recommend this house! »

«Overall everything was great. The ice maker needs to be repaired. Having it work would have been nice. It was an exceptional value! We were pleased. We had to repair a leak on the kitchen sink drain and we also cleaned a couple of spots (we did not make) on the carpet in one of the bedrooms. The arm on one of the living room chairs is also broken. It was hanging off the side of the chair when we arrived.»
