Thanks to its elevated location, the view toward Karlsruhe is completely unobstructed. On clear days, you can see all the way to the Turmberg in Durlach—perfect for relaxing and enjoying the moment on the balcony.

The air-conditioned apartment is located approx. 10 km from Karlsruhe and combines peaceful surroundings with excellent transport connections.

The Apartment

This stylish and elegant apartment features a high-quality interior and plenty of natural light. With approx. 100 m² of living space, it offers three comfortable rooms, a kitchen, and a bathroom.

The large balcony, furnished with comfortable lounge seating and a barbecue, is ideal for relaxing. In good weather, you can enjoy direct views toward Karlsruhe and spot the Turmberg in Durlach.

Bedroom 1: King-size bed (1.80 × 2.00 m); a baby cot can be added on request

Bedroom 2: Queen-size bed (1.60 × 2.00 m) plus a large single bed (1.20 × 2.00 m)

Living room: Large pull-out sofa bed; an additional comfortable air mattress (1.55 m wide) is available for larger groups

Guest Access

Guests have exclusive access to the entire apartment. An outdoor parking space is available on the property.

Access is via a modern code lock, allowing flexible, independent arrival at any time—no prior arrangement required.

Early check-in may be possible upon request.

Additional Information

The kitchen is fully equipped, making it easy to prepare your own meals. It includes a modern fitted kitchen with dishwasher, stovetop, oven, and all essential utensils.

The bathroom features a bathtub with integrated shower.
Just bring your toothbrush—everything else is ready for you. Towels and all everyday essentials are provided, with ample storage space available.

Please note: A washing machine and dryer are available but can only be used in consultation with the host and for an additional fee.

Bicycles can be stored safely and dry at ground level in the bicycle shed.
