Hoteller nær Witham Way Country Park

«Rooms were clean, kitchen had everything you needed, shops just a few feet away. Take a fan with you when it's warm as the rooms are mega hot. Highly recommended»

«Very handy location for our site work Clean property (although we didn't get the UV light out) Enjoyed our stay (not as much as Malcolm, see below)»

«Clean and tidy with good facilities, great for a week time work stay»

«Very clean, Tom the barman was very helpful. Not far to town centre.»

«I stay here regularly. A real local pub, where regulars seem to meet early evening but it gets quiet later. Very friendly atmosphere. Simple but great value rooms, good shower and comfortable warm rooms. Parking at rear and short walk to town centre. Excellent Italian restaurant ROPPERS just 200m away»

«A very clean hotel the staff were extremely helpful, friendly couldn’t do enough for you. The continental breakfast was ample with plenty of choice. The food was also very good for evening meal. The front rooms could be noisy due to traffic. The hotel bar and restaurant is closed on Sunday night.»

«A lovely quiet hotel. The room was enormous and had a brilliant TV. I just need a quiet sleep and a base whilst visiting sites. This was a good find. Thankyou»

«Freezer was fully iced up so I had to defrost it. Incredibly noisy due to neighbours doors. Very warm in summer. Overall ok but not for business. Woman kept giving me the wrong apartment on arrival. Area isnt nice too, next to a pub with a lot of reprobates»

«Electric shower is good but can be better»

«The heating wasnt working so we had to call up and turns out, the heating for the whole building was out so at 11pm we had to switch from cattle market to church lane apartment where we finally had heating but we were freezing.»

«Really clean and well presented, have tried to book again for August but not available for the dates required Will keep an eye for future visits to the area»

«This property had all that we needed (apart from a cheese grater) and was a lovely, clean place. The noise from the town went on a little late but not ridiculous. The car park near to the house was great and cheap. All in all, we would recommend and would use it again.»

«A picturesque cottage and garden with very clean, well appointed modern facilities. Breakfast was excellent and the owner was very helpful.»

«Lovely place and ideal for golf. Rebecca was very professional and a good laugh, which makes all the difference. The room was excellent, very clean, and nothing too much trouble. I would highly recommend it and will definitely be staying here again.»

«This place is absolutely amazing it is all you need for somewhere to stay, I have stayed here twice now and have had a perfect chill getaway each time.»
