«Bra beliggenhet, fint bassengområde og vennlig personal. Mye for pengene. Bassenget var stengt tidlig på nyttårsaften og frem til neste dag. Dette var ikke opplyst om før vi sjekket inn, hadde valgt et annet hotell hvis vi hadde blitt informert om det. Måtte derfor dra til et annet hotell på dagtid for å bade. »

«Clean, bright and new rooms that are tastefully designed - this was my second time staying at the property and I enjoyed it again. Sometimes, I did feel there was too much attention from the staff (3 staff asking me if I was waiting for a Grab, for e.g.) but I understand other guests might associate this with service and luxury»

«Amazing experience 8 minutes away from the hustle and bustle of the night bazaar.
We were here during the great flooding in October 2024, and the hotel couldn't have handled it better. They tried their very best to keep the guest comfortable and safe. They offered different means of transportation to dry areas of the city.
People were allowed to cancel their reservations to move other places.
Best service ever!
And at last a shout out to Joe in housekeeping, always smiling and willing to serve ...

«First time visiting Chiang Mai. Found this hotel with decent reviews. The stay was overall good. Very relaxed atmosphere. The breakfast area was very good with good options for hot and cold food. Staff was very friendly. Had a nice cafe next to the reception. The location of the hotel is very good. Right next to the night market. The room was good and the bathroom looked new. The hotel is somewhat old but it was very nice. Gym and pool area was satisfying. »
