«We stayed here while doing Universal Studios for several days. The house was clean with plenty of room for the two families that stayed here (with kids ages 8, 10, 11, and 12). The resort pool and activity area was a hit for our two "down" days away from Universal. The property manager was an excellent communicator who got back to us quickly whenever we had questions.»

«Excellent property . Really clean and lots of space. Really close to Disney and plenty of restaurants a short drive away. My only complaint is the communication for check in. I got message and phone call 30 mins before check in saying if I don't fill out check in form my booking would be cancelled. This really wasn't ideal as I was driving. After I did it I received so many text and emails to help with my stay. I was getting them from several different numbers. Then 3 hrs after checking out. 4 ...

«Very nice place with good space for a family whith 5 adults. Centrally located to Universal, Disney, Seaworld, Discovery Cove - only a few minutes away with car. Also huge shopping possibilities only a few minutes away with car. Nice pool, and a lake were you can have a nice walk around. The apartment we got were a bit worn, but nice.»

Wallpaper in the master bedroom is peeling and the bed broken , held up with a brick . One of the sun loungers is broken and can’t be used , why don’t you replace it ? «We had two families of five stay comfortably for a Universal studios vacation. The house was perfect and a short trip to the park. The owner is very easy to communicate with and quick to fix any issues you might have. We had a small issue and they had someone come at 10:00 at night to fix the issue. Very good customer service! We will definitely stay here again in the future»

«Bodd her flere ganger. Veldig bra plassering i forhold til sentrum, parker osv. stor gratis parkering rett utenfor rommene. Var litt bråk fra avfukter på rommet, men fikk slått den av når vi skulle sove. Måtte også bytte rom da første rom luktet veldig surt/fukt. Var ingen problem å bytte rom og de ansatte var veldig hyggelige. Frokosten er et valg mellom kaffe eller en 2dl juice på boks og en beagle/brødskive/2 pannekaker. Det var litt skuffende. Bassengområdet er kjempehyggelig og mye liv. »
