«Exterior: Parking spaces were spacious. Location was excellent. A convenient store was just a few houses down from us. Distance to Legoland was only only 10 minutes away. The property is on a lake, but would have been nice to have better visibility from the back-facing bedrooms. «The house is well updated and comfortable. Everything was very clean and well appointed. Kitchen well stocked for cooking and eating in. Lovely view of the lake from 2 bedrooms, living room and screened porch. Host was very responsive and checked in to see if we needed anything. Caretakers of property across street and also helpful and welcoming. Only 40-45 minutes from Disney. Was a good home base for our 12 day stay. Neighborhood generally quiet and friendly.»

10. Spacious 4-bedroom house in pleasant Winter Haven with AC

Winter Haven

«The place was very nicely kept, clean, and comfortable throughout my stay. It had a welcoming feel and was overall a great place to relax. The only downside was the lack of access to basic cleaning tools like a broom, as well as no washer and dryer available, which would have made the stay more convenient—especially for longer visits. Overall, I enjoyed my stay and would consider booking again, but having those amenities would definitely improve the experience.»

11. Modern Comfort, Pet Friendly, 2 King Beds

Winter Haven

«Thank you for an outstanding experience at you place. Location was excellent, close to everything of interest to us. I was pleased with the amenities provided, very nice touches. The fenced in yard was a huge bonus for our fur babies, which they thoroughlyenjoyed. The host was readily available to communications. The bed was comfortable and decor was very tasteful. It felt like home. Thanks again!!!»
