«House was super clean, coffee was a nice surprise. Comfy beds, quiet street. Super close to the Big E. Thanks Rose!»

«Our review of the property at Sun Filled Lake House Living property from July 10 to July 18, 2026.Overall, we had a wonderful time. The property looked exactly like the pictures, and we absolutely loved the character of the old-style cottage. The setting nestled in the woods was beautiful, and having two outdoor sitting areas was a great feature. «Home was a perfect gathering and resting place for our group of employees working in the state buildings at the Big E»

«We had a dinner for a grooms dinner and found this to be the perfect spot! The kitchen was well stocked and wonderful to cook in. Our guests were very impressed. «Beautiful, well maintained, lovely New England home with a fully updated kitchen, 2 minute walk to Blue Back square in the heart of west Hartford. Perfectly clean, well equipped with many little extra touches. Mark was a perfect host, always available and responsive to us the entire trip. Highly recommend! Seamless stay»

«We do not drop poor reviews lightly. We rented a two unit house for 5 nights for 3,000. Out confirmation said we would have the place to ourselves. Instead, we had noisy construction crews on site, without any warning. When we complained and specifically asked that no one be on site for the remainder of our stay, the host agreed. That is not what happened. The crews showed up daily, sawing through brick and mortar in what appeared to be an addition. This all happened right outside our door, ...
