«Would first of all like to say what an obliging host Jeremy was. Communication was quick and helpful.
Check in information was good, especially as it was very short notice.
Unfortunately the property is in dire need of refurbishment. We felt there is inadequate lighting to the stairs up to the apartment. We also found it difficult to get our cases up the next flight of stairs which has a tight dog leg to the bedrooms and bathrooms.
We had a few frozen items which we were unable to put in the ...

«Wonderfully central space. A bit squashed when you have the sofa bed but still worked wonderfully. Thanks for making it very easy to check in and out and for the heating and water advice. Much appreciated. Excellent and fast support. Great space for a family and more reasonable than a standard hotel room. »

«Really lovely apartment finished to a high standard. Location is great for enjoying all the best of central Windsor, and the local food scene is excellent.
Recommend on street parking - the offered private space was right under a tree and holly bush that is home to a few bats - they really covered my car by the morning, very hard to clean! Also, despite the numerous fans provided, the apartment was unbelievably hot so can’t be recommended for hot summer days/nights.
Highly recommend this ...

«Absolutely fantastic 3 night stay at Cavendish House!
Good things: Clean; had a well equipped kitchen ( the milk, orange juice and bottle of wine in the fridge was a lovely surprise!); communication with Chris was excellent; secure onsite parking was a big bonus; location is great - walking distance to Waitrose and all the shops/restaurants/castle/train station
Bad things: NOTHING!
Would recommend to anyone going to Windsor to stay at Cavendish House, we know we will definitely be back»

«What a fabulous apartment and location. We could not believe how perfect it was and believe me, we’re usually very difficult to please. Would go back in a heartbeat. Such a high standard of furnishings and the beds were so comfy we slept so much better than at home. Only suggestions which could have improved it even further but in no way affected our stay - a mirror in the bedrooms & hooks on back of bathroom door to hang drying towels (the heated towel rail in en-suite was big enough for one ...

«Our host was accommodating he let us check in early and bought a new dinner set the next day when I alerted him. I liked the fact that parking came included and it was centrally located.
We did have a few problems such as the excess dust and dirt under the sofa, the uncomfortable bed, the linen that really needs changing (it’s been washed too many times) and the dishwasher wasn’t functioning. »
