On the main level you will find your king size bed and ensuite bathroom just off the outside patio area with fireplace and tv. Upstairs you will find 2 queen bunk beds(total capacity of 8 people in this room) and another king bedroom. You can get around the neighborhood on the new luxurious 6 seater golf cart with speakers for a great time!

Jack Daniel`s Distillery is about 25 minutes away where you can take a tour and tasting
5 min to downtown winchester for restaurants, coffee, and shopping
A short golf-cart ride to the marina

There are 2 spaces in the driveway and then 1 more in the garage beside the golf cart
There are 2 stairs to the front porch and then stairs going upstairs in the home.
Must be 25yrs of age or great to book the property
Must be over 21yrs of age to drive the golf cart and possess a valid driver`s license.
