If you are looking for more than a rustic cabin with very few amenities (we had to buy pots, pans and a spatula to cook Christmas dinner) then don’t stay here. The hosts were very nice and responsive. The yard is quite large with a beautiful Magnolia. »

«We had a great vacation!! The house was beautiful and there was plenty of room for two families. The dock was perfect for lounging by the lake while the covered portion was perfect for the smaller kids to be out of the sun. The only thing I will say is that the steps are something else. We have stayed at several houses on Tim's Ford with steep steps, but these are straight up with no plateaus and no hand rails. It was a little scary for the smaller kids, so just prepare for that. «We had our three kids who all brought a friend and this house worked perfectly. The teenage boys took the downstairs as their sleeping and handout spot. We loved the porch and covered deck over looking the water. It’s a further walk than we had thought to the marina but that was fine for us. We will be back!»
