  • FALL PRISreduksjon! Lakeview Landing ligger i den private og inngjerdede Twin Creeks Village, som ligger en kilometer unna det historiske sentrum av Winchester TN. Vi har noen av de beste utsikten over den pittoreske Tims Ford Lake. Nyt utsikten over Monteagle og Tims Ford Lake fra hjemmet vårt. Lakeview Landing er velutstyrt med luksuriøst sengetøy i de tre soverommene nede. Mesteren har en king size-seng med utsikt over innsjøen og et privat bad med dobbelt forfengelighet, badekar og dusj. Soverom to og tre har luksuriøse queen size-senger og deler bad med en enkel forfengelighet og dusj / badekar kombinasjon. De tre soverommene i underetasjen har internett-klare TV-apparater. Det viktigste samlingsområdet vil helt sikkert være den enorme verandaen med en smart-TV med god sitteplass mens du nyter den vakre utsikten over den fredelige innsjøen. Vi har nylig lagt til en stor uteplass for å nyte utsikten over innsjøen. Ovenpå har en uttrekkbar sovesofa med minne-skum madrass og et halvt bad. Kos deg med spill og les eller bare slapp av med den fantastiske utsikten over vakre Tims Ford Lake. Underetasjen samlingsområdet har skinnsofa og kjærlighetsseter med utsikt mot innsjøen. Nyt kvelden mens du slapper av mens du ser på TV eller bare slapper av ved peisen. Kjøkkenet er pent innredet, bør du velge å lage mat. Vaskerommet er fullt funksjonelt hvis du velger å oppdatere klærne før avreise. Kos deg med hjemmet vårt som om det var ditt eget!

    Aktiviteter er rikelig rundt Winchester! Nyt en minnedag på sjøen. Ta golfbilen til Twin Creeks Marina & Resort for å leie båt, fiske, slange eller stå på ski. Ta turen 25 minutter nedover til det historiske Jack Daniels Distillery for en tur og smak. Ta turen 20 minutter sør vil lande deg på University of the South. Ta en spasertur på toppen av verden på Sewanee. Se ut over dalen med en spasertur rundt krigsminnekorset. Spill noen av de beste golfene i livet ditt på The Course at Sewanee eller den stadig utfordrende Bear Trace (en Jack Nicklaus-kurs). Eventyr ut av denne verdenen på U. S. Space & Rocket Center i nærliggende Huntsville. Eller du kan være lokal og nyte vårt historiske sentrum. Det er et lokalt destilleri, shopping og restauranter i sentrum av Winchester.

We really enjoyed our stay in twin creeks. The house was very clean upon arrival. The neighborhood was great for walking and having the golf cart was convenient for getting to the marina and going to the pool. It really felt like home the entire stay.

House was in a great neighborhood very friendly neighbors. Bonus getting to use golf cart. Host was great! Lake was beautiful! Amazing view from back patio. One of the bedrooms had a leak in the floor, had to relocate to different room. Washer had mold in it. Front lawn needed weeded. The screen room was a nice sitting area. However it needed cleaned.

This is a beautiful property and great view. However, it was a big disappointment for the price I paid. The queen bedroom was not useable, water was coming up through the floor, so my guests could not stay. The sofa bed upstairs had no sheets or blankets. The bunk room only had a fitted sheet. There were bugs in the house and all over the screen porch. The kitchen was not stocked well. It has great potential and the house shows well in photos. It definitely needs some attention.

Beautiful, relaxing weekend

What a wonderful home and neighborhood! Everyone we met was friendly and welcoming. We had a great weekend and hope to call Winchester home one day.

This house has everything! We enjoyed the screened porch each morning with coffee and the lake view. The neighborhood was great for walking the dog. We enjoyed the Bodega close by and the live music at the marina. The town of Winchester is adorable!

Great house and location

We visited in the "off season" for the lake as we went to the Beechcraft Heritage Museum Fly-in in Tullahoma. It was a great place to stay and I can see where the summer would be even more amazing. The screened in porch and extra outdoor seating were fabulous with the fall temp's. Very safe community as well with the gated entrance and our young children loved all of the golf carts. We hope to visit again!

Great place to stay

This was our second time back, we love booking this place while attending our family reunion at the marina. The home is set up well for families. Big comfy beds and nice bedrooms and ample bathrooms. The loft is a nice unexpected place to hang out. We love the screened in porch and being across from the lake. Nicely equipped kitchen. Very comfortable!

Amazing House with the Perfect Location

We absolutely loved our stay. This house has it all. We spent countless hours on the screened porch and also the unscreened porch was great for watching the fireflies at dusk. We made use of the golf cart to drive down to the marina and also cruise around the area. I’d highly recommend anyone looking for a nice lake retreat to stay here! Owners were great with communicating and even though we didn’t need them they were available our entire stay.

Great comfort. We loved hanging out in the screened porch. We enjoyed watching movies upstairs. 😊

We loved our stay at this place. The home is so comfortable and close to downtown with some yummy restaurants. There are also nearby hiking trails and looking and walking by the lake is good for the soul. The management folks are awesome and took care of us. We were really blessed. Only thing I ask, since my daughter and I are hardcore tea drinkers is a few more microwaveable mugs. 😊💜

Nice home!

Cozy property close to restaurants and stores. Great neighborhood. Would be great to stay in summer. Overall the home was clean except for minor items that were overlooked making you wonder. Examples.. items left in washer, empty juice box under bed, coffee grounds left in coffee maker, keurig cup left in machine.

Perfect Long Weekend Getaway

This home is perfect! Everything from the location to the layout to all of the amenities. The screened in porch is perfect for relaxing and taking in the view. We enjoyed being able to take the golf cart to the Marina. We had booked, had to cancel and we’re fortunate to be able to rebook. Benjamin was very easy to work with. Thank you for opening your beautiful home. We will definitely be back!

Great Friend Getaway

This property was a great place for 5 friends to stay. We were very comfortable with the accommodations. It felt like being at home. We especially enjoyed the screened in back porch where we had morning coffee with a wonderful lake view. Unfortunately, we were not able to used the golf cart since it seated only 4. The Marina restaurant that was close by provided good food and entertainment for Friday night. FILOs in Winchester was excellent for lunch the following day. The property manager was very attentive. Highly recommend this property.

Great place

I was a little disappointed that Charles wanted a damage deposit. But I can understand it. I chose to purchase the 39.00 insurance. Make sure you investigate the entire property. The marina is aa perfect place to sit down with the kids and have a beer.

We had a Great Week!

The house was good. I am taking off a star because the queen bed in the one bedroom was atrocious. There was a mattress sitting on slats that were too far apart and not nearly supportive enough. We could not use that bed. I did not address it with the owner while we were there because I was on vacation and didn't want to deal with it. We just got a little creative with sleeping arrangements and made it work. That mattress needs a box spring, or a different frame. Literally the bottom 1.5 ft of the mattress was HANGING down off the slats and sagging off. Unacceptable. While the house was nice and we had a great week with family, we would not chose to stay at this place again. I also noticed most of the reviews were pretty old and I heard this place changed owners so I wonder if it just hasn't been kept up very well. I don't know, but I would make sure the bed is addressed and look for more recent reviews before booking this place.

Disappointed

I don't like leaving bad reviews but i feel like this should be shared. The letter we sent to the owner and no response... I hope this message finds you well. I wanted to bring to your attention several urgent maintenance issues we encountered upon our stay at your property, which have significantly impacted our stay. Firstly, the golf cart provided was inoperable upon our arrival but as you know my husband fixed it and the person that was suppose to check it never showed up. Additionally, the outdoor furniture was unusable without makeshift repairs on our part. In the master bedroom, we found the bed frame to be unstable and the queen room's bed frame was bent and not functional, necessitating an emergency replacement on our end. We also had to secure several loose doorknobs throughout the house to ensure basic functionality and safety. The master bathroom presented further challenges, with a hanging towel rack and detached trim pieces from the vanity. We also discovered that the water supply to the upstairs toilet was turned off, which we rectified, but the handle still requires adjustment. More concerning, we found a half smoked joint in the kitchen cabinet and personal items such as dirty underwear in the master bedroom chair, and dirty laundry in the dresser, which raises questions about the place. Lastly, we experienced a pipe burst which led to flooding. We managed to contain and fix the issue temporarily but still left us without water so we weren’t

Thought of Everything!

We went with another couple for a relaxing getaway and thoroughly enjoyed our stay in this lovely home! We commented many times during our stay about how nicely done everything was and how you thought of everything! The house was perfectly equipped - everything from the kitchen to the 3 cozy living areas, the screened porch, the fire pit with the lake view, golf cart, great Wi-Fi, easy access to streaming, tv's everywhere, and cozy throw blankets! It really was like being home where everything has been thought about! Highly recommend! Thank you! Sandi S

Nice quiet getaway

We stayed her in between baseball tournaments and hand a great time. The house had everything we needed. The games upstairs were fun, but of course my kids loved the golf cart. We spent time out back hitting/throwing baseballs and chasing lightning bugs. We rented a boat with a slide and spent a day on the lake. We also went to The Caverns for a cool tour. The house needs a few maintenance repairs, but overall very nice. We would rent again if passing through.

Lakeside Retreat

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay at this modern Twin Creek property. It was a short drive to the full service marina where we rented a pontoon boat for a relaxing day on the lake.

Perfect stay and a lovely home!

This home was just perfect for our family, and was the favorite part of our vacation! Great location to Twin Creeks Marina. We gathered at the marina for a family reunion, and it was nice to have a home where some of the family could come and visit out on the screened-in porch with Lake view! We grilled out with grill provided and had such a wonderful time. We rented a pontoon boat and had a great day on the lake. We had our small dog with us and this worked out so well. Would definitely stay here again!
