Check in is at 4pm and check out is at 11am. You will receive a code for keyless check 2 days before your arrival. We are only able to offer an early check in if there is not a booking before yours as it takes time for our cleaners to prepare and restock the home for each stay. For this reason, we are also not able to offer a late check out when we have guests checking in the same day.
GUEST RENTAL AGREEMENT: We kindly ask all guests to sign a separate rental agreement after booking. This helps us protect both you and our property, making sure everything is in order for your stay. A: Luna Rio comfortably accommodates up to 17 overnight guests with the existing bed layout. We do allow up to 4 additional guests, who can be accommodated on air mattresses, for a fee of $60 per person, per night. This additional fee helps cover the added wear and tear, increased cleaning costs, and other expenses associated with hosting larger groups. Your larger group must be communicated before booking.
Q: Are pets allowed?
A: We absolutely adore pets and are happy to be a pet friendly home. The max amount of pets on the property during reservation are 2 and they must be on the reservation so that the pet fee is appropriately added. This fee covers the additional cleaning involved in hosting pets and goes directly to our cleaners. You must also abide by our pet rules.
