«This property was wonderful. It was clean, quiet, and located perfectly for our needs visiting friends. Unfortunately the well was shut off on our last day/night and there was no water. We were traveling back to the east coast and it made for a stressful end of our trip, and not much was done to help accommodate us. We were not offered any other solution which was frustrating. I had to find another place to sleep for the night, and then had to ask for a refund/compensation for the lost night. I ...

«The main bedroom was good, but the second room was not convenient. There was no bedside table or a place to set a glass of water or light. A simple rearrangement of the room could fix this. Also, the mattress was worn out, and the springs were very noisy. Rolling over in bed was loud and annoying. Would have appreciated knowing one sink for kitchen and none in the bath before renting.»

«Perfect location in downtown Beaverton. You can walk everywhere from this house. Yard was nice, the house was comfortable, especially the bed. I didn't cook while there but the kitchen seemed well stocked. I would stay here again for sure.»
