Never spoke to the hosts in person but they made themselves available to us, if there was anything we needed through texts and emails. Had a great time and will do it again! They have a beautiful place, it feels like you're in the middle of nowhere but just a short distance away in any direction, there was plenty to do, lots of choices. Kings island, flea market, ...
