«they stated on their website as well as on expedia that they had a pool and hot tub and after we got checked in, told us it was closed due to renovations but didn't give us an option to cancel. Also no smoking hotel but everytime we left the room or got off elevator, all you could smell was pot.

«We had a great stay at this hotel! We had one issue which was that we got there and there was food still in the fridge. We called the front desk and they came up and cleaned it immediately and had a chat with housekeeping and offered us a new room or points on our IHG rewards account.
Staff is super friendly and nice!
Little snack area is really convenient and was really nice when you are hungry at night but don’t want to wait for food to be delivered.
Breakfast was good every morning.
