As we checked in he said they only cleaned the rooms every other day, but if we wanted we could have them clean no charge. We said that we did want it cleaned and the beds made. I then received a text a few hours later just making sure that we wanted our room serviced and I replied that we did. When we got back to our room the next day, someone had put a no service on our door, no one had made the beds or cleaned the room. When I called the front desk, he said all he could do was have someone bring us towels, but no one could make our beds. I asked how he was going to rectify this error, and he said he wasn’t. When we spend $250 a night, I feel we should have all the amenities that other hotels usually provide. I also feel like he knew when he checked us in that they weren’t going to service our room.
