I’ve been staying here when I visit family in the area for a while now and it’s always a good experience. Rooms are clean, and this time even seemed to be newly renovated. Price is good, staff is nice.

I booked non smoking room and got room that smelled so bad. After 3 nights all my stuff smelled like that. Terrible.

room supposed to be non smoking but when entered it smells of cigarette asked front desk to change rooms but got denied, he just sprayed it with odor neutralizer

Staff was behind behind bullet proof glass during checkin. A section of the Door jam of my room was replaced assumed from when it was kicked in. There was a caulk patch in the wall about the size of a bullet. I would never think about staying here again and there is a no refund policy that is why you don’t pay on the website you pay when you check in. Unfortunately not a lot of options in this area.

The bed's were terrible you couldn't sleep more than 2 hours at a time you would have to set up because you were in such pain from the wore out mattress and completely over priced!!!!!

The room was clean but needed upgrading. The towels and washcloths were thin. There were no hand towels, After using the bathroom, you have to go out to the sink, wash your hands and then go back into the toilet/shower area to dry them. The outside needs painting as well well as the inside. Will not stay again.

I stay here a couple times a year when I'm in town visiting family. It's no-frills and a little dated, but its clean (the most important thing to me) and its reasonably priced. The staff are nice as well. Never had a problem staying here.

Stains on the blankets and sheets. Room smelled of old must. Hasn't been updated in 20 years. My wife and I stayed here in 2003 and I swear I walked in to the same room. If I could sue Expedia I would for recommending this slop hole.

It was disgusting the pictures that was presented online is totally different from the room itself i couldn't even stay there i had to find another hotel due to how disappointed i was i drove for 4 hours to go to a dump that place should be shut down the man that works there is very rude the lady was more understanding then he was

Ok stay at a budget hotel
After reading some of the reviews on here I was almost scared to stay here... But it was about half the price of other hotels on 4th of July weekend so I took a chance. I did arrive early so maybe I got a better room because of that, who knows. I agree the front desk clerk isn't super friendly but I can deal. There were a lot of comments about scary people outside and noise and everything and maybe the fact that it was a rainy Saturday night kept that to a minimum but other than at one point hearing somebody in another room talking on their phone so apparently maybe the walls are a little thin but nothing kept me awake at night... And I'm glad I was traveling solo cuz yes the pillows are crazy thin and I did use all three of them! The AC worked and there was hot water for the shower so I really have no complaints.

Hotel & lobby were extremely dirty & stunk really bad. staff gave me a hard time when checking in claiming they couldn’t find my reservation & tried to have my pay for my old reservation (that i cancelled & was more expensive) even though i had booking confirmation & multiple receipts with my new reservation.

The room reeked of mold or mildew, the bedspread was filthy, toilet seat was dirty and required us to immediately go to a local Walmart and pick up sanitation items before we would utilize the room. Curtains misaligned requiring us to pull the fabric well beyond the window to obtain privacy. Towell racks, lighting over sink and clothes rack were all loose and about to fall off the walls. Ceiling light came on in the middle of one night and then refused to work after that. Needless to say we will not be staying in any more Red Carpet Inns, learned our lesson.
