«We had a slight hiccup when checking in, but it was quickly remedied. House was great with lots of living space for our large group to spread out. I would definitely rent again and will if we are in this area again (likely since our daughter lives in the area). Kitchenware was adequate for our needs. Could have used a few more towels. We weren’t able to reach the host near the end of the trip (asking about the towels) but most needs were met by the management company. Had to add one more day ...

«The weather played havoc with our Memorial Day weekend plans, but we still managed to have a great time. We ended up spending far more time in the Robin’s Nest than originally planned, so I feel confident in saying it was a comfortable home away from home for us. We made a couple of meals and streamed some movies on the smart TV, but mostly we lounged around when we weren’t out seeing the soggy sights.»

«This was a lovely place to spend a night catching up with some family--it was a meeting point for us coming from different directions. The rural-ish but neighborhoody surroundings, and the beautiful canal and walking paths along it, were lovely and relaxing. A nice respite from the city. The house itself was cute and homey. The only issues we had were that the hot water wasn't working; we didn't try using it until about an hour before we planned to depart, so I suspect the host would have been ...

«We stopped here on our way to Shenandoah. It was a last minute find for our family of six (teens and you adult kids). We got in at 7 went to eat at Benders and played trivia and darts. Had a great walk by the vineyard behind the house and the civil war park. Host was great and responsive. Could see this as a great location for a Girls weekend too.»
