Bring the whole family to this Luxurious Mansion, with lots of room for fun. You may get lost playing hide and seek, or get mesmerized by the sunsets, or observe over 100 Blue Heron nests that make their home here. Go kayaking on the Eastfork Little Miami River into Eastfork State Park. Perfect for Corporate gatherings, families, or wedding and special events accommodations. Conveniently located just off a major highway, and a short drive to many local attractions, Restaurants and Shopping.

Please Respect Our Home

We love you and we love your children.
…and we want to love you all when you leave.

This is a luxury living home with brand new and expensive fixtures and furniture.

Please ensure that your children are respecting the property as if it were your own home. Taking shoes off at the door, not wandering around with fruit juice or popsicles to stain the upholstery or carpeting.

Please do not move furnishings around to different rooms. If you remove small appliances, remotes, or videos to put them away, please be sure everything is put back as it was before you leave.

We ask that you not disrupt the other house located nearby and please don't borrow furnishings from other house.

If you or your children break or damage anything, please let me know.

Sidewalk chalk should be washed away before you leave.

This house has a limited occupancy of 29 people.
Violating this rule will result in a fine up to $300.

Please be sure to check out on time by 11 AM.
If you need to request an extension, I am happy to accommodate if we do not have someone coming in the same day after you.

We cannot refund any monies due to inconveniences but we will do our best to service these amenities as soon as possible. This place is huge! More than enough room for our party of 14. Very clean, super comfortable. The only note I didn’t realize is that it’s right off the highway, but the house’s comfort and amenities were above and beyond.

Incredible property. Not only is the home immaculate, but it’s furnished as if the homeowner lived there vs renting. No detail is overlooked. I’d give it a 6 star rating

Pros:Mansion had all the room we desired. Nice rooms for both adult couples and children. We enjoyed watching the blue herons fly out back near the river. We enjoyed the great room as a movie theater. We played pool, ping pong, foosball. Ran RC cars outside in back area. Our talented musicians played on the baby grand piano. The spacious kitchen was wonderful for preparing our meals. very nice sunroom. We enjoyed boating at nearby Rocky Fork lake and went swimming at nearby East Fork lake with its clean beach.Inside the home was clean. There was plenty of parking.Nice laundry area with a good washer and dryer.The host was quick to respond to any problems.the back patio had room for grilling and outside seating.Cons- the upstairs Air conditioning stopped working- twice. Host did supply window air conditioners after the 2nd time. The Outside was very neglected. The back patio was dirty. Big glass table and seating was green from mildew, the table had not been cleaned for what looked like since winter. We did clean it ourselves, but it needed pressure washed. The property description made it sound like easy access back to the river to view the herons, but there was no mowed path back to it. It had what used to be a gravel road but was too grown up for anyone but adults to go through and that was difficult. Even the children's play area had a lot of very tall weeds and was uninviting to the smaller kids. Also the house is right by Route 32 so you hear all the traffic.

Great vacation house for extended family!

Communication with the host was excellent. It was a great place for our family to get together. There was plenty of room for all 21 of us. We were glad to have an extra table with us to put in the dining area for all of us to be in one eating area with the family. We also used the extra chairs in the basement so we wouldn't get the nice dining ones dirty since we had several children with us.

Spacious and comfortable

Our church youth group (mostly young adults) spent the weekend here for a retreat. It had plenty of room for everyone and a great area to interact. One member is in a wheelchair, and the first floor was very accessible for him. The house was clean and nicely furnished.

Perfect for extended family for nearby wedding venue

It is located half a mile from the wedding venue and offers beautiful views from the back. Noise from the freeway was not an issue at all. We appreciated having a single location where extended family could gather for the wedding.

Will always be our family rental go to

I rented this home for my out of town family to stay for our wedding. I decided it would be the bridal house because it was so large! Hair and make up used the master bedroom bathroom and they loved the room they had! The beds were comfortable! The carpet on your feet was like clouds! The pictures that my photographer got of me in different places in the house we're amazing! The location is close to the highway but inside the house you hear nothing. The owner was in contact with me within minutes for any questions I had! We are now talking about having our family gatherings here!! Such a beautiful place and gave me core memories I'll never forget.

Beautiful and plenty of room

We had a large family reunion and we were all very comfortable from little kids to adults. Everything we could’ve possibly wanted …it was there. We had a very minor situation and it was corrected within 20 minutes. We would definitely return. Wonderful memories were made! Thank you for being a part of that!

Early Family Thanksgiving

This house is a really big and beautiful home.My family and I had such a good time they suggested coming back this summer to also enjoy the outside. I did not have to wait a long time for the host to get back to me and the host Pamela was very accommodating so overall my family and I will be back this summer .

Really large house that accommodated our group in town for my Son’s wedding. Lower level appears to have been a former business as 3 of the rooms were offices. Only other issue was a lack of a shower/tub in the lower level.

Wedding 3 Day Weekend

The house was perfect for our needs. Immediate family and a few extended family members stayed for our daughter's wedding which took place only 15 minutes from the house. The location was ideal. The large kitchen made it great for family breakfast and lunch on the go. The kitchen was well stocked and had everything we needed. I will say I have stayed at a lot of places and these beds were very comfortable. The host took care of a couple of issues very quickly. The lock box was easy for the elderly family members to figure out. The large screen tv and recliner was a big win for my elderly dad who stayed at the house most of the time. I would recommend this stay for a large group looking to be able to have down time in between all the wedding activities. We made flowers in Newtown, wedding was at Hope's Way, welcome party at Fifty West -all easy commutes.
