«Seth was quick with and on time with all the house information. The home is in a nice neighborhood, a lot quieter than I expected. You can tell he is updating and adding things to make the home more comfortable for guests. We would stay here again the the time comes. Also, just a few blocks away is probably one of the best coffee shops, The Madison Place. And a few minutes away is Golden Hands Bakery, also top tier! »

«We stayed here while visiting our freshman at UC and really appreciated how dog-friendly the property was — especially since our son missed our dogs! The house is located on a quiet street in a working-class neighborhood. While the safety rating wasn’t the highest, the neighbors were friendly and respectful.
