«Really enjoyed this property! Jill welcomed us with a lovely bouquet in the kitchen which is well stocked with good appliances, utensils, paper towels and lots of room. The sun room opens onto the patio area around the pool with three different seating areas, tables and a fire pit. This home is close to Williamsburg, Jamestown and Yorktown. The area has several good restaurants and grocery stores. It was quite a perfect setup for us!»

«This property was perfect for our whole family to enjoy Williamsburg/ ( about 10-15 minutes easy drive ) . Plus close to food store etc and a great playground you can drive to. We had both units upstairs and down and the space was great for our group of12 . ( age range 78- 3 months ). The kids enjoyed indoor pool , mini golf and playground. Highly recommend .»

«The unit is nice and great for a family to have their own rooms. I did not realize it was on the third floor (did not see it mentioned) and wished I had known due to difficulties with stairs. The beds were comfy, and everything was nice. We did not use any of the amenities (pool, cinema, etc) but they seemed to have a lot to offer. Was not a fan of the timeshare push. «This was first vacation in years and overall, I would say Vacation Village met my expectations. It is conveniently located, and the area has no end of things to do. The pool area got a little loud at times from music I did not care for, but the unit area was very quiet. So so on the maintenance of the grounds but have to mark the unit down some for cleanliness. When we arrived, there was a dead bug on one pillow, a hair on the toilet, kitchen floor was sticky, couple light bulbs out and a sauna ...

«This was a good layout to accommodate a larger group. There was a lot to do on the property, though we didn't take much advantage of it with Busch Gardens and colonial williamsburg nearby. I'd recommend it to anyone with a group and who wants a pool, etc. with relatively easy access.»

«The entrance hall and stairs leading to second floor needed swept. The dish washer would not lock, sliding door to patio very hard to slide. Broken handle on dresser draw in master bedroom, draw next to refrigerator will not slide. I find it hard to believe these items have not been addressed. I love the Williamsburg area and we will be visiting the area again but after staying 7 times at this property I do not believe e will be back here.»

«This is a real gem. It is small but very accomodating. Love seeing the families enjoy themselves and seeing everyone walking their dogs. Very friebdly. Wish it hadn’t rain but our daughter still had a great time at the game room and the free ice cream. Wish the ac worked better in the game room amd bathrooms but they were not terrible so I still give them a good review. We stayed in the apprentice cabin and it was very nice and comfortable-exept the queen bed could have used a spring base ...
