«Cottage was perfectly located and well equipped albeit small for the price. Bathroom great, cosy lounge and well equipped kitchen. Couple of areas needed redecorating. But communication was non existent. Contacted host twice without reply on day of arrival to get the passcode for the keys. Also phone number was for Sykes cottages which was closed. Ended up knocking on doors nearby and finally got to the right person.»

«Room was clean and tidy, good amenities especially with the small fridge in the room. Staff were very friendly and helpful, breakfast had a good choice and served very quickly. Ample parking at the rear of the building. Good choice of evening meal, only sorry we weren't there on Sunday for the carvery. Great location in a beautiful small village. Would recommend and stay again.»

«We enjoyed a good overnight stay at East Ayton Lodge Hotel, which was comfortable and well-situated. We were happy with our room and with dinner and breakfast. The room was fine for our dog and the garden provided an opportunity for a short walk ...»

«A great place to stay. Very comfortable rooms, extremely friendly and helpful staff, excellent food. Some tasty beers on offer in the bar as well. Plenty of car parking. Will definitely be using Manor Court again. Thanks for a lovely stay!»

«Yes, these rooms are above a pub but you can’t hear any noise. The appointments were like that of a luxury hotel. The staff worked behind the bar at the pub for the most part and they were extremely responsive to any request. Not sure many tourists find their way to this particular town, but if you’re anywhere near Scarborough, this is the place to stay.»

«Unfortunately the restaurant was closed due to the top Chef leaving. Expedia knew this and didn’t get back in touch with me to let me know or send me an email very disappointed in Expedia .The couple who run the establishment are lovely and very helpful. Breakfast is excellent.»

«Lovely hotel! Beautiful interior and comfy beds. Unfortunately the bar and restaurant were shut so that was only disappointing part. Other then that was lovely»

«Veldig koselig B&B utenfor Scarborough. Rent og pent rom og en herlig engelsk pub og restaurant. De ansatte var svært hyggelige.»

«First time I’ve stayed at The Weston and hopefully it won’t be the last. A really charming hotel, beautifully decorated and spotlessly clean. The staff are very friendly and the take time to chat which was really nice. My room was very clean and comfortable and breakfast was top quality, tasty and very well presented. The bar prices were reasonable and there’s a cosy area to sit and chat with books and some games. Very convenient location for the spa and an easy walk into the town. Onstreet ...

«Cold wather in the shower in the morning Long way to the city centre No aircondition so it was hot But nice personell and good service»

«We booked this location as it billed itself as a hotel with restaurant and bar. When we arrived about 15:30 and enquired about the restaurant we were told they close at 1600 but there were pubs nearby that would serve food. This was a Sunday so we spent the next hour trying to find somewhere that would serve food in the evening. We found somewhere. The issue is that the location misrepresented itself on Hotels.com. Had we known it was a bed and breakfast only location we would not have booked ...
