«Very central location but not at all noisy. My room did not have a toilet or bath (it did have a wash basin, though) but the community toilets and showers were easily the nicest and cleanest community facilities I've ever encountered, so this was not a problem at all. The room was nice and clean, and decorated with a theme. The corridors were all nicely decorated with murals and posters for concerts, etc. The hotel does not have its own garage but street parking isn't much of a problem, plus ...

«Extremely clean, convenient and a helpful staff.»

«I was. Woke up by a fie in the hotel. With alarms going off around 4am. It was scary becccause I could barely hear alarms from my room and there no alarms inside my room saying there was a fire and the staff never bother alerting me. I was oil side on my pajamas for approx 45 min freezing until I could go back to my room and even then it sm2lled like smoke the test of my syay.»

«Bra treningsrom, veldig rent overalt og nydelig mat på restauranten. Flott beliggenhet ved elven.»

«Really nice stay! This place has a vibe. The soaking pool is really enjoyable. I almost didn't reserve due to not having a bathroom in the room, however it was completely reasonable using the shared bathroom space. The bathroom was spotless.»

«free parking, good bar and music»

«The only good thing about the Phoenix Inn is the staff was very pleasant. Our room was dusty, house cleaning was inconsistent, the weight equipment in the exercise room was out of order, their website stated the rooms have free cable tv which during our six night stay only worked sixty percent of the time, the continental breakfast was terrible, and the outdoor seating area is facing the highway and is very noisy.»

«Everything was perfect! Walking distance to downtown and dinner.»

«Asked for a quiet room and was given one above the kitchen/laundry facility with a loud fan that exited below our room...otherwise staff was nice, good location, the place clean, lovely nearby park»

«Unfortunately, after three tries at different rooms, we ended up moving hotels. We aren’t high maintenance but gross is gross and walking into a vomit stinking room was not what we wanted to do at 10 pm. The next room had hair all over the beds and same with the third. We gave up trying and booked elsewhere for the night. Front desk lady was very apologetic and incredibly helpful- she did her best. Amenities and location seem fine but the dirty rooms could be better. It was pretty terrible.»
