«Staff were so nice, and so welcoming also very helpful with explaining where things were. The spa was so relaxing and the ROOM was BEAUTIFUL. I got the sky loft and even the laundry was complimentary.
They have you pay for parking in the lot next door. But you’re not guaranteed to have a spot when you get back because apparently it’s open to the public as well? That was confusing and didn’t understand why there was a needed fee.»

«Overall it was fine, to be a luxury hotel like the name says it needs to be clean. The sheets and bed skirt had stains and so did the sofa in the room. The bathroom door had soap scum on it.»
