«This is not a lodging for people who can’t do steps. Jackson Room requires a 20 step outdoor staircase to reach the room or leave the room. No other options. Second floor rooms in the main house also require climbing. No elevator. Luggage is a problem. Help needed. Jacuzzi bathtub nice but to use the shower combo one must step over its high sides. «I will definitely be back but very frustrated with the reservation system. I reserved the Manor Queen suite which was supposed to have a queen and a pull out couch. We were being our son with us so when we got in room and found a king and just arm chairs I wasn’t pleased at all. He had to make other arrangements to stay somewhere else.»
