«The staff were very friendly and helpful. It was really close to Halloween so I enjoyed that they were able to have some form of fun while still maintaining the building and doing their jobs. Room was clean. They replaced the bedding and towels everyday. The garbages were removed as well. They respected your privacy and items. (I had left my suitcase on the bed the first day, so they didnt change the bedding. Completely my fault.) The furniture is updated. I am super nervous about glass tops ...

«Our room was very small but it had everything we needed. The bed was comfy and it was very quiet at night. There were plates and cups along with the grudge and microwave. We didn’t use them but it was nice to know they were there. The staff was incredibly kind and helpful. We would definitely stay again.»

«The view was nice and the property / room was great for my family.»

«The room was ok, comfortable for the three nights we stayed. The bathroom was dated and the “toilet” was loose making for an exciting personal time. Carole on bfast duty was awesome, her happy disposition making any morning a great morning!»

«Staff were great, room was spacious and clean. Bed were soft so I was worried but I slept really well. While it is dated, I have no complaints, everything was good. Breakfast was basic but hey free breakfast. If in Nanaimo again, will stay again. 😁»

«Beautiful view»

«Such a charming bed and breakfast! Gorgeous view of the ocean and the property was in a well kept neighbourhood. The host was absolutely warm and welcoming. Made my boyfriend and I feel at home. We stayed one night , so it was a brief, but pleasant stay. Breakfast was so good! Will come back in the future for sure.»

«As always, staying at The Spot in Nanaimo was a wonderful experience. The place was super clean and well-stocked, and the staff were as lovely as ever.»

«I had a self-catered 3-night solo silent retreat at Bethlehem and am so glad I did. If you want to unplug and reconnect within and with whatever you understand as creation, this is a great place to do it. The facilities are simple but more than adequate, the property is beautiful with a labyrinth, library, pond feature and more, and Westwood Lake could not be more beautiful.»

«The Painted Turtle was a good accommodation choice for my stay in Nanaimo. The location was convenient and the availability of cooking facilities was a plus.»

«Helt ok Motell til ok pris, eneste minuset var at det var ekstremt varmt der og ingen aircondition, kun vifte (og det hjalp ikke noe særlig). Kunne ikke ha åpent vindu om natten ettersom folk spaserte like utenfor (gjelder alle etasjer). »

«I enjoyed 4 wonderful nights and it was restful. Any future return and i will happily return.»
