«The host was marvelous. She had the site set up nicely. It was clean. She had plenty of towels and wash clothes. Very well done A few complaints, some of the neighborhood residents were asking for money. That was annoying. The parking was difficult on some days. I expressed all of this to the host, and she said they are working on improvements.»

«The neighborhood is pretty decent, although it looks like it is going through a rebuilding process at the time I stayed. The place was a bit dusty, the owner did not respond well when I needed it, some of the furniture was really cheap and wobbly, and the bed was horrible. I would say, in hindsight, I wish I had picked another place for the money I spent.»

«This location could not be better for a stay in Georgetown. I stayed for a week and walked to cafes, shops, parks, historic sites, Georgetown University. The place is well stocked and comfortable and the neighborhood is quiet and welcoming. »

«Overall, this flat offered all we were looking for, a great price close to all the sights we were hoping to see. I assumed because it was a 3rd floor unit that there was an elevator, I was wrong. My husband is disabled so my own fault for not asking the question prior to booking. We didn't spend much time going up and down the stairs, and grandkids came in handy to retrieve meal deliveries. The place was exceptionally clean, up-to-date amenities, which included state of the art appliances.  ...

«It was nice to have a clean, modern place to stay that is walking distance to Brookland, where my daughter lives. Hotels are not close to her so this was an excellent alternative. Modern appliances, great shower, and comfortable bed were a definite plus. The building and apartment are secure with codes locks. »
