Communication was excellent, we were even notified that the place was ready early and offered early check-in, along with a thoughtful travel playlist and clear checkout instructions. Everything was clean and labeled so we didn't have to search every cabinet. They had additional T-paper and dishwasher pods. Can't comment on hot tub since we didn't use it.Sue and Steve were quick to answer any questions we had. I definitely recommend others stay here when in Bryson City.»

«Got back from dinner around 8:00 and realized there was NO chair and actually no room even have a chair. Also no TV, so sitting on the bed or on a wicker stool wasn’t going to work. When I turned in the key, the owner tried to show me another place, but I was already a bit too stressed to accept. Just really glad my wife wasn’t there.»
