Beautiful view of the water
While we were more than happy with the spacious living area and bedrooms and the glorious view, there were a couple areas that attention. The bathroom could use an upgrade, and the shower has a step up into it that felt a bit unsafe with wet feet. We thought the deck surface could have been a bit cleaner, the bird droppings had been there for some time and it made it a bit unpleasant in bare feet. We found some of the glassware not clean in the cupboard, as if they were put away with unclean hands. We had no choice but to wash a few glasses before we used them. We also would have muchly appreciated face washcloths and perhaps more than one hand towel in the bathroom for our stay. We did love how quiet it was. Loved loved having tbe use of a buggy, that was gold! And definitely enjoyed our stay. We just thought these issues I mentioned were worth noting. Thank you

Dear Michelle, Thanks for your feedback and comments and we do take pride in the cleanliness of our property. The balconies are cleaned regularly and the Island's birdlife is a contact challenge for us. In regards to the face cloths and hand towels, one quick phone call and we could have fixed that very quickly. The Apartment is very large and spacious, great views from the veranda, the buggy is a must have for the island. Definitely recommend compass point 5

Relaxing Week at Compass Pt5
Excellent location, great to have the buggy, great views, minor issues resolved quickly by owners and onsite contact. Plenty of room for a family with teenagers. Will certainly be back.

Great Family Holiday
Our family had an amazing stay at Compass point 5. The villa was perfectly situated with beautiful views. It had everything we needed. The valet service was easy and straightforward with 2 young boys. Would definitely stay here again, thank you Glenn for your prompt communication and information provided.

Great location - better than photos
This is a great spot. Big apartment. Amazing views. Being on 2nd floor is good. Your own buggy is a must - as they can book out in busy periods. Only downside is the one bathroom/toilet area - odd shape.

Amazing property & we will certainly be back!
Amazing property with massive decks and spectacular views! Loved the complimentary Golf Buggy! Caz & Glenn were wonderful to deal with and arranged our complimentary Valet transfers with precision. Only problem is that our stay wasn't long enough. Thank you we will certainly be back :)

Enjoyable stay at Compass Point 5
We enjoyed our stay at Compass Point 5. The room was comphy and well suited to 2 adults and 2 children. View was great, valet service was thorough and the use of the buggy made getting around the island easy.

Amazing views and great accomodation
My husband and I thoroughly enjoyed our stay at Compass Point 5 and would definitely return to this apartment again. We were greeted at the airport by Daniel who was very friendly and informative. Upon entering our accommodation, we could not believe the huge meals and living area. The kitchen was also a great size and very well equipped and the bedrooms were huge also. Once on the balcony, we were gobsmacked by the uninterrupted views across the breathtaking Whitsundays. Despite only having one bathroom, the shower area was made private by a privacy wall/door enabling others to use the toilet and basin. The buggy was an absolute bonus making it convenient to get around in and discover the Island which we enjoyed. Would highly recommend Compass Point 5 to anyone. A big thank you to Linda for rescuing us when we locked ourselves out of our apartment. You are a legend and a big thank you to our Hosts, Glenn and Caz for a great 1st time experience to Hamilton Island.
