«We were in a Bayview cottage. Basic inside but all needs were met for a nice beach stay. Easy 30 second walk to beach. 7-8 min drive to grocery store for supplies and town of Bowen. Property is for sale (oct2025) hopefully new owners keep it as is, very laid back and casual.»

«The price value was incredible- it a camping site with not really impressive looking cabins, the stay turned out fantastically both due to the accuracy communication on what was most important- the beach and the kangaroos. From 4:45 and all day we got the most fantastic nature experiences. And when the sun set it was both cost and comfortable in and outside the cabin.
I would have enjoyed using the BBQ on the first evening, but it had apparently been empty of gas a couple of days. There were ...
